Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team and contribute to business growth in the tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Create engaging content for the company’s website, social media, and email newsletters (blogs, videos, graphics, etc.).
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Promote travel products and services while building relationships with clients.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media ads, email marketing, SEO) to promote travel packages.
- Handle communication via phone, email, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records related to travel bookings, client details, and vendor contracts.
- Address customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints, and provide travel information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of the tourism industry is a plus.
